Cultural and Ideological awareness

I lead workshops on cultural and ideological awareness, which helps people to become more aware of the lens they use to view the world. We all have biases and blindspots, which is why diverse perspectives are necessary to see the whole of any situation.

Biases can be culturally rooted, as our social environments sculpt our perception of the world and others. But biases can also be ideologically generated, informing notions of what's right, fair, just, and true. By becoming more mindful of our cultural and ideological proclivities, we can better work with cultural and ideological conflicts as they arise in our multicultural and polarized world.
